Actress and HSN personality Rhonda Shear recently sold her elegant waterfront estate in St. Petersburg’s exclusive Snell Isle neighbourhood for $6.8 million.
Shear and her husband, Van Fagan, initially listed the home for $9.8 million in 2021. Over the years, the property saw price hikes—$13 million in 2023 and $11 million in 2024. Shear originally purchased the estate for $3.2 million in 2011, according to property records.
