The Ashley Children’s Gasparilla Parade presented by Chick-fil-A kicks off Gasparilla 2026 Full Schedule with a full day dedicated to kids, creativity, and pirate fun. Known as the largest children’s parade in the country, this day blends youth activities, pirate culture, and classic Tampa charm.
Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Rodeo
Time: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Held along Bayshore Blvd between Rome Avenue and Dakota Avenue, this interactive event focuses on child safety, community engagement, and hands-on fun. Kids receive a brand-new helmet to keep and navigate a mini traffic course using Rodeo bicycles. This event is free and does not require registration.
Gasparilla Air Invasion

Piratechnic Finale

The adult-centered celebration of Gasparilla 2026 Full Schedule arrives one week later with the Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest. Running from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., this event features the historic 107th Gasparilla Invasion, a massive parade, and nonstop entertainment.
Gasparilla Invasion Brunch
Time: 10:00 A.M. – 1:30 P.M.
Hosted at the Tampa Convention Center, this premium experience offers front-row views, delicious dining, and refreshing cocktails while pirates sail up the Seddon Channel aboard the Jose Gasparilla. Seating is limited, and tickets must be purchased in advance through the official site.
Gasparilla Pirate Invasion
Time: 11:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
“Land Ho!” The legendary Jose Gasparilla arrives in the Tampa Convention Center basin alongside a flotilla of hundreds of vessels and the notorious Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla. At precisely 1:00 P.M., the Captain meets Mayor Jane Castor to demand the key to the city, delivering historic reenactment, booming cannons, and unmatched drama.
Gasparilla Parade of Pirates

Following the invasion, pirates march triumphantly along a 4.5-mile parade route down Bayshore Boulevard. The route continues to Brorein Street, turns east, then north on Ashley Drive, ending at Cass Street. With over 300,000 spectators, elaborate floats, and nonstop beads, this parade is free to attend, though reserved seating is available.
Gasparilla Pirate Fest Stage Performances
Time: 10:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.
Dance along to live music presented by Michelob Ultra at multiple stages throughout downtown Tampa. Enjoy performances before and after the parade at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and MacDill Park, featuring live bands, festival vibes, and high-energy entertainment.
