Manufacturer Moves Tampa Bay Locations to $80 Million Zephyrhills Plant

A global manufacturer is set to consolidate two Tampa Bay locations into a new facility in Zephyrhills, which assembled a multimillion-dollar incentive package to lure the company away from Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

MiTek, which sells software, services, engineered systems, and automated solutions to the construction industry, has committed to constructing a 480,000-square-foot facility at the North Tampa Bay Industrial Park Ready Site. Ready Sites is a county program designed to prepare large tracts of land for commercial development.
