Apella on Newport, a brand-new student housing project in North Hyde Park, has officially opened its doors.
This eight-story development, located at 311 N Newport Ave., offers 150 units and 576 beds, providing a much-needed housing solution for students at the University of Tampa, just a short distance away. Developed by Rochester, New York-based Commercial Street Partners, this mid-rise is their latest project aimed at meeting the demand for student accommodation.
