Tampa’s AAPI Festival Returns with Food, Dance & Traditions

Vibrant cultural performances captivate the crowd at Tampa’s AAPI Festival.

Tampa’s biggest celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) culture is back, bringing a spectacular display of traditions, food, and performances to the heart of downtown. The Tampa Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Festival returns to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park (600 N Ashley Dr) on March 22, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering an immersive experience into the diverse cultures of Asia and the Pacific Islands.

Hosted by the Mayor’s Asian American Pacific Islander Council, this highly anticipated event highlights the deep-rooted contributions of AAPI communities across Tampa. The festival will showcase traditions from Korea, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, India, Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Malaysia, celebrating the vibrant heritage that enriches the city.
