Tampa’s police force is gearing up to integrate approximately a dozen new electric vehicles into its fleet, marking a significant shift towards sustainability and efficiency.
Chief Lee Bercaw enthusiastically endorsed the electric vehicles (EVs), citing their enhanced speed, performance, and cost-effectiveness. “They’re silent,” he emphasized, “making our approach stealthier, with numerous operational benefits.”
