TAMPA, Fla.— Following a tour of Brightline high-speed rail facilities across Florida by Tampa officials, Mayor Jane Castor expressed her excitement about the company’s planned expansion to Tampa.
While the specifics are still being finalized, Mayor Castor stated on Tuesday that the long-anticipated Brightline station for the city will be constructed in the Ybor City district.
