New Wright’s Location Brings Gourmet Fare to Tampa

South Tampa’s iconic Wright’s Gourmet House has officially expanded, opening a new location on Friday, marking an exciting milestone for fans of its sandwiches, desserts, and gourmet offerings. Known as a beloved community institution, Wright’s brings its signature fresh breakfast, all-day espresso bar, and grab-and-go meals to a convenient spot for patients, visitors, and hospital team members alike.

This new café represents the first-ever satellite location for Wright’s Gourmet House. The deli has taken over the former McDonald’s space on the first floor of the East Pavilion entrance at Tampa General Hospital’s Davis Islands campus. Wright’s signed a 10-year lease for the 2,900-square-foot space, signaling a long-term commitment to the local community.
