Once tucked away in the misty, forest-lined streets of Grants Pass, Oregon, Dutch Bros has made a strategic leap, relocating its headquarters to the sun-baked Arizona deserts. That move signaled something big—expansion—and in 2023, the company made it official: Tampa Bay was next.
