A new dining destination is taking shape in Ybor City, where Elaine’s Restaurant Tampa is preparing to open inside the restored Sanchez y Haya building near the historic El Reloj cigar factory. Expected to welcome guests in late 2026, the restaurant will combine classic American cuisine with French influences, bringing another dining experience to Tampa’s historic neighborhood.
The upcoming Elaine’s Restaurant is part of a larger historic restoration project led by J.C. Newman Cigar Co. that will introduce new dining, hospitality, and gathering spaces to Ybor City’s El Reloj District.
