Six Tampa eateries were newly listed in the Florida Michelin Guide on Wednesday. The guide unveiled 19 additions across the state, potentially paving the way for Michelin star ratings or Bib Gourmand selections for these establishments.
Among the Tampa highlights are:
Supernatural Food & Wine: Known for its sandwich offerings, this downtown spot is praised for its olive and feta sandwich on a toasted focaccia bun and fresh cinnamon sugar sour doughnuts.
Predalina: Located in the Channelside District, it offers a diverse menu with sandwiches, salads, and house-made pasta, including the tomato calamarata dish.
Streetlight Taco: A South Tampa taqueria featuring tacos, tostadas, and unique offerings like the Sunday snack tostada and Japanese eggplant taco.
The Pearl: Situated in the Channelside district, it specializes in seafood with shareable options like fried pickles, oysters, and fish and chips.
Ebbe: Found on Franklin Street, it offers a sleek ambiance and a single tasting menu, highlighted by dishes like beet roulade and braised oxtail with seared foie gras.
Kōsen: A Japanese restaurant located at the base of the Pearl Apartment complex, known for its omakase experience and traditional sushi offerings like kinmedai.
