La La’s Sangria Bar, a familiar Channelside District destination, has closed after more than six years in Tampa. The bar and its adjoining sports lounge served customers for the final time on September 13, marking the end of their run on Meridian Avenue.
The business announced the closure on social media Sunday, telling customers that La La’s Sangria Bar and La La’s Sports Lounge would both close that evening. The announcement invited longtime customers to return for one final party before the doors shut.
