The new Clearwater Beach restaurant occupies a street-level space at Opal Sol and expands the resort’s already established dining lineup. Rather than marking a new hotel opening, Lolita’s arrival gives Tampa Bay diners another reason to visit the Clearwater Beach resort corridor.
