Scott Wall, Los Gringos, Tampa flavor make an unexpected but memorable story in the heart of West Tampa. Wall, who is Irish and Italian and originally from New Jersey, did not grow up making Cuban food, but after moving to Florida, customer demand pushed his family’s sandwich shop toward the classic Tampa Cuban.
