New Spanish Spot Lumbre Opens in Tampa’s NoHo This July Soon

Lumbre’s early menu direction points to paella, seafood tapas, wood-fired cooking, and Spanish ingredients.

New Spanish Spot Lumbre is preparing to bring a fresh wave of Spanish dining to Tampa’s NoHo this month, with an official opening planned for Wednesday, July 15, inside the Rome Collective development in North Hyde Park.

The restaurant comes from Tastes Pretty Good, the Tampa restaurant group connected to Michelin-starred Rocca, Michelin-recognized Bar Terroir, and Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Streetlight Taco.
