Tampa Falafel House: A Culinary Journey from Syria

Savor the crisp, authentic falafel

The Tampa Falafel House story originates from Syria, rooted in tradition. The narrative began in the kitchen of the owner’s uncle back in Syria, where the early seeds of this culinary legacy were planted. The passion for authentic flavors and time-honored recipes drives every dish served.

Hosam Jenyat and his brothers grew up in Homs, family, and heritage. “It’s like a family story. The story starts back home when we were kids,” explained Jenyat, “Every weekend my uncle would invite us on a breakfast.” These early memories instilled a deep appreciation for authentic cooking that continues to define the Tampa Falafel House.
