Temple Terrace has a new dessert destination with the opening of Bekdash Ice Cream at 11013 N 56th St., adjacent to Queen of Sheba Ethiopian Cuisine. Specializing in authentic Arabian ice cream and sweets, Bekdash aims to deliver fresh, top-quality treats while expanding through market development.
The menu features unique items like Ice Cream Baklava and Kunafa with Ice Cream, but the highlight is “Booza,” a traditional Arabic ice cream known for its stretchy, chewy texture achieved through a distinctive pounding and stretching process.
