The Georgia Aquarium has successfully released a rehabilitated manatee back into the waters of Tampa Bay after recovering from a devastating injury.
Tay Tay, a young manatee, was found earlier this year with injuries from a boat strike. Due to her fragile state, she required intensive veterinary care to regain weight and recover before she could return to the wild.
