A Bearss Groves comeback is taking shape in Carrollwood, where a local coffee-truck family is preparing to turn the historic market property into a community gathering spot with coffee, baked goods, vendors, food trucks and live music.

Trey and Hailey Scott, owners of Good Fruit Coffee Roasters, are now the new tenants at the Lake Magdalene Boulevard property, with plans to bring fresh life back to one of Tampa’s most familiar farmers market landmarks.
