CorePower Yoga St. Petersburg is officially on the way, bringing a major national fitness brand into the heart of the EDGE District and giving Tampa Bay wellness fans another reason to keep an eye on Central Avenue. The new studio is expected to open in 2027, marking CorePower Yoga’s first Tampa Bay location.
The upcoming studio is planned for 965 Central Avenue, where CorePower Yoga has signed a lease inside the former Flagship Bank building, with a 2027 opening currently expected. The location puts the brand in one of St. Pete’s most active dining, shopping, and entertainment corridors.
