A major new retail destination is coming to North Tampa, and it is already creating buzz among fans of Ebisu Life Store, Japanese snacks, and blind boxes. The viral Japanese lifestyle retailer is preparing to open its largest location ever in Tampa Bay, giving local shoppers a new place to explore imported treats, collectibles, beauty items, and playful pop-culture finds.
The new Tampa Palms, Market Square, and Ebisu location will open at 6234 Commerce Palms Drive, inside the former Joann Fabrics space. The store is expected to become a major anchor for the shopping center, which already serves nearby neighborhoods across New Tampa and the Bruce B. Downs corridor.
