The Tampa Bay Ice Cream Festival returns on Sunday, July 19, bringing a full day of frozen treats, family activities and friendly competition to the St. Pete Pier.
The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. inside Family Park, located at 600 Second Ave. NE in downtown St. Petersburg. Festival admission is completely free, making it an easy summer outing for families across Tampa Bay.
