The Tampa Bay Lightning, in collaboration with Ticketmaster, has launched a heartwarming initiative to support the community. The team announced discounted tickets for their first three home games, while also donating hundreds of tickets to first responders and recovery workers. Dubbed #TampaBayStrong, this initiative aims to unite the Bay Area, Gulf Coast, and all those impacted by Hurricanes Milton and Helene.

Upcoming Games Included in the Initiative

The games included in this effort are set for Tuesday, October 15 against Vancouver, Thursday, October 17 against Vegas, and Thursday, October 24 against Minnesota. Fans can take advantage of this offer by reserving tickets online. By doing so, they not only get to enjoy thrilling hockey games but also become part of the community’s efforts to give back.

Affordable Ticket Options for Fans

As part of the #TampaBayStrong effort, fans have access to affordable tickets. Lower and club-level tickets are priced at $75, while upper-level seats start at just $25. Alongside this, the organization will generously donate tickets to local first responders, recovery personnel, and their families to honor their tireless efforts in helping restore the community after the devastation of the hurricanes.

A $2 Million Commitment to Hurricane Relief

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, Lightning Owner and Chairman Jeff Vinik, along with the Lightning Foundation, committed a staggering $2 million to relief efforts. The entire Bolts roster has also shown their support by visiting first responders throughout the Bay Area. Additionally, team captain Victor Hedman made a personal contribution of $150,000 to support the Tampa Police Department and the Coast Guard Foundation.
