You understand and agree that Tampa Latest does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of our promotional services. This includes, but is not limited to, an increase in followers, website traffic, or revenue for your business or event. The success of your promotion is subject to various factors beyond our control, and we make no claims or assurances regarding potential results.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You agree that any images, videos, or other content provided to us for use in your promotion must be owned by you or properly licensed for use. We are not responsible for verifying the ownership or licensing of the content you provide.

• Responsibility for Copyright Infringement: If you provide us with content that infringes upon the copyrights of others, you agree to assume full legal responsibility for any claims or actions taken against LJM Marketing LLC. You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any damages, legal fees, or other costs associated with such claims.

5. Content Submission

You agree to only submit content that you own or have the legal right to use for the purposes of your promotion with Tampa Latest. By providing us with content, you grant us the right to use, edit, and distribute the content as part of your promotional package.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LJM Marketing LLC regarding your use of Tampa Latest’s promotional services. Any modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
