Swig Drinks, famous for its TikTok-viral “dirty soda” creations, is gearing up for expansion in the Tampa Bay region.
The first confirmed location for Swig will be at Cypress Creek Town Center in Pasco County, right next to PopStroke. The Utah-based drive-thru chain has signed a ground lease for this site, with plans for more locations in the pipeline, according to Willow Ferrelli, managing partner and broker for ACRE Commercial in Tampa.
