The SHINE Mural Festival Tampa is back this November, and it’s bringing even more color, creativity, and community spirit to the streets of St. Petersburg. Now in its 11th season, this beloved event continues to transform the city into a vibrant, open-air art gallery. Originating in 2015, SHINE has grown into one of the most anticipated art festivals in the region—uniting artists, locals, and visitors under one shared love for public art.
