Downtown Clearwater is getting one of the most ambitious entertainment projects in Tampa Bay history. EVO Entertainment has announced plans for an 83,000-square-foot, $50 million family entertainment complex at the corner of Cleveland Street and Myrtle Avenue — and it is already turning heads across the region.

The centerpiece of the project is a seven-screen multiplex anchored by what developers are calling the largest cinema screen in the world, measuring more than 130 feet wide. Every single auditorium in the building will feature both Dolby Vision projection and Dolby Atmos sound, making it the first multiplex anywhere on the planet to offer that full Dolby experience across every screen.
