From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., dog owners and pet enthusiasts are invited to Water Street for a day filled with fun, festivities, and furry friends. The event will feature a pirate-themed parade, pet-friendly activities, and a Pirate Pup Costume Contest, ensuring there’s something for every animal lover.
Tampa’s Cutest Puppy Pirate Parade Returns
The parade kicks off at noon, where pups of all shapes, sizes, and breeds will march down Water Street in their finest pirate attire. Get ready to witness some seriously creative costumes! At 2 p.m., the dog costume contest will take place at Sparkman Wharf (615 Channelside Dr), giving even more pups the chance to shine and claim the title of best-dressed pirate.

In addition to the parade and contest, attendees can enjoy face painting, pet portraits, and more. Plus, Mercy Full Project will be on hand at Raybon Plaza with pet adoptions, so you might find your new furry best friend while you’re there.
