A SweatHouz Cold Plunge Studio is officially planned for South Tampa, bringing another recovery-focused wellness concept to the busy Swann Avenue retail corridor.
The Atlanta-based wellness brand has signed a lease for a 2,439-square-foot space at 2201 W. Swann Ave., according to details shared with the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
