The former home of Terry Bollea, better known worldwide as Hulk Hogan, is now listed for $8,999,999, making it one of the most-watched celebrity real estate listings on the Gulf Coast.

The Clearwater Beach property was first listed on Jan. 30 for $10,989,000, but the asking price was reduced by nearly $2 million as of April 28. Located at 1040 Eldorado Ave., the home sits directly on the waterfront in one of Pinellas County’s most recognizable beach communities.
