Edison Food + Drink Lab has temporarily closed in South Tampa for the summer as owner and chef Jeannie Pierola prepares the 14-year-old restaurant for deep cleaning and a brand refresh.
The pause comes during Tampa’s slower summer dining season, giving the team time to reset the 912 W Kennedy Blvd. space, revisit the guest experience, and shape what Pierola has described as the restaurant’s next chapter.
