According to recent research by StorageCafe, which analyzed more than 2,500 U.S. cities with populations of at least 10,000, Florida boasts 13 of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. The study focused on percentage population change from 2014 to 2023, adding in layers of analysis on housing, access to storage, and job prospects. It paints a vivid picture of a state on the rise—sun-kissed and economically fueled.
