Mister O1 Adds Sarasota to Its Tampa Bay Pizza Expansion

Mister O1 Sarasota is getting ready to bring a Michelin-recommended pizza name to the Tampa Bay dining scene, with a new location opening near University Town Center on June 23, 2026.

The Miami-based brand has signed a lease for a 2,400-square-foot restaurant at 5231 University Parkway inside The Market at UTC in Sarasota. The new pizzeria will also feature an outdoor patio, giving guests another casual dining option near one of the area’s busiest shopping and restaurant corridors.
