Reaper Fried Chicken’s Hotspot Grows Its Wings in Tampa
Spicing up Tampa’s hot chicken scene, the renowned hub for colossal chicken tenders and sandwiches, Dave’s Hot Chicken, is expanding within the city. The establishment, celebrated for its fiery Reaper Fried Chicken, is set to open its second location at 2961 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Unit 101, starting February 2 (while already operating another joint at 2540 E. Fowler Ave).
Dave’s Hot Chicken caters to diverse taste preferences, offering super-hot Reaper Fried Chicken as well as milder options for the less adventurous. The menu not only boasts their signature chicken but also features top-loaded milkshakes (with M&M and Oreo standing out) and a variety of top-tier sides, including crinkle-cut fries and cole slaw. Get ready for an expanded culinary experience at their new location!
In 2017, friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenya established Dave’s Hot Chicken. With a humble start, the friends pooled $900 to launch a small stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. Since then, their venture has burgeoned into a nationwide success story.
Expanding rapidly, Dave’s Hot Chicken now operates in 22 states and has ventured beyond national borders. For a comprehensive look at their delectable fried chicken menu, visit Dave’s official website and discover the flavors that have captivated taste buds across the globe.
We did also want to shout out a local hub here in Tampa King of the Coop. You can visit them out in Ybor City at 1812 N 15th Street.
