The 13,000 sq-ft restaurant, located in Tampa, merges the brand’s California roots with the vibrant coastal energy of Tampa, offering an immersive dining experience that engages all the senses – from the moment guests arrive to the final bite.

SIGHT

Inspired by Napa Valley, guests are welcomed by a dramatic porte-cochere and 16-ft floor-to-ceiling glass windows, flooding the restaurant with natural light. A stunning glass wine vault housing 2,500 bottles from across the globe is positioned at the center of the dining space, directly behind the new Rooted Wine Bar by Fleming’s.

TOUCH

Luxurious textiles throughout the space add warmth, from the soft cork wallpaper at the wine bar to the custom embroidered seating showcasing Fleming’s signature ‘F’. The tactile experience continues with premium semi-serrated steak knives, offering the perfect balance in hand.

SMELL

The restaurant is infused with a signature scent, “Newport at Night,” inspired by cool coastal nights at Fleming’s first location in Newport Beach, CA. The fragrance offers a blend of salted santal, woody greens, and jasmine, creating a captivating atmosphere.

TASTE

Chef Partner Brandon Grady, a 10-year veteran of Fleming’s, has crafted new menus for dinner, lunch, and the social hour. Signature dishes include A5 Japanese Wagyu, Australian Wagyu with tableside shaved truffle, and local Gulf Grouper. The Rooted Wine Bar introduces a customizable wine pairing menu, featuring exclusive wine flights and guided tastings by expert Wine Stewards.

SOUND

Enjoy live music from talented local artists, enhancing the dining experience with vibrant beats. The main full-service bar offers a daily Social Hour from 3-6 pm, complete with bar bites and handcrafted cocktails in the cozy lounge area.
