The Smith & Associates Real Estate Foundation has officially launched its annual grant application process, offering critical funding to nonprofits across Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. As part of its ongoing mission to support community enrichment, the Foundation provides financial assistance to organizations that make a direct impact on Tampa Bay. Since its inception in 2021 through a partnership with Community Foundation Tampa Bay, the Foundation has already awarded $338,000 in grants to 63 organizations, fueling projects that uplift the community and create lasting change.
A Legacy of Community Investment
For more than 55 years, Smith & Associates Real Estate has embedded itself into the heart of the Tampa Bay region, consistently giving back through sponsorships, in-kind donations, and direct grants. In total, the company has contributed over $2.14 million to local civic and non-profit organizations, forming lasting partnerships with more than 198 groups. This long-standing commitment reflects the company’s belief that investing in community well-being strengthens the very neighborhoods they serve.
