Meet Pete and Brent, the visionary owners behind this extraordinary property. After purchasing the Motor Ranch Croom in April of 2022 and offering other units for rent on the property, Pete and Brent took their venture to new heights in early 2023 with the acquisition of the Chinook helicopter. Throughout the summer, they meticulously renovated the Chinook, transforming it into a luxurious retreat ready for rental by November 2023.
