Tampa mayor finds 70 pounds of cocaine fishing

During a fishing trip with her family in late July, Tampa Mayor Jane Castor made caught more than just fish.

In an interview with 8 On Your Side, Castor spoke about how she discovered a large shipment of cocaine in the Florida Keys while on her trip.
