Tampa’s NextPath Introduces Advanced AI Recruiting Services
Tech staffing company NextPath Career Partners is turning to artificial intelligence for its new initiative.
The company has launched a new AI division through NextPathAI.com. As AI and machine learning become more prominent, NextPath aims to use AI to cater to high-growth companies and job seekers.
The division launched in early May.
“We’ve been leaders in the AI staffing market, and launching this division solidifies our growth and commitment to provide our clients and candidates with the best possible insights and opportunities in an ever-changing technology landscape,” said Gina Curry, the new CEO of NextPath Career Partners, in a release.
The company has invested in and implemented AI tools for its team and invested in training to become AI “experts” for its clients. While the company did not disclose the investment in the new service, Curry emphasized the commitment to ongoing education to stay ahead of the curve.
The types of careers placed through NextPath AI include:
- Data science and analytics
- Software development
- Product management
- Business Insights
- Architecture
- Data Engineering
“Our team has built up a network of 20,000 AI-related professionals, giving us one of the strongest pools of top AI talent for our clients,” said James Hawley, co-founder and chairman of NextPath, in a statement.
