“Extreme Heat Advisory: Prepare for dangerous conditions when the heat index soars to 110°F.”
Get ready for scorching summers in Tampa! With climate change on the rise, the heat is only going to get worse. Don’t let it ruin your fun at theme parks by standing in long lines.
Busch Gardens Tampa introduces “Weather-or-Not Assurance” policy, offering guests the flexibility to reschedule their visit within the next 12 months in case of extreme weather. Get ready for an action-packed adventure, rain or shine!
“The Weather-or-Not Assurance program applies when rides are closed for 60 minutes or more due to weather,” says a press release.
“Additionally, if inclement weather causes early closure or negatively impacts the park’s operating hours, guests are eligible for a return visit at no additional cost.”
Experience all the thrills without the worry! Our theme park’s new policy has you covered for rain, lightning, wind, snow, hail, and even scorching heat. No need to sweat it out with our exclusive policy that protects you when the heat index reaches a blazing 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
Attention Passholders: The new policy has no effect on you! Visit the Busch Gardens website
for all the details.
The park’s new “Weather-or-Not Assurance” program is “the most generous in the theme park industry,” says Busch Gardens, and compared to other Florida theme parks, this statement is probably true.
For example, Universal Orlando
only allows guests to reschedule if “a hurricane or tropical storm warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center or a state of emergency is declared for the Orlando area or in your place of residence.” A similar policy is in place at Disney World resorts
Exciting news for theme park enthusiasts! The new policy introduced by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment applies to not only Busch Gardens Tampa, but also Adventure Island and SeaWorld Orlando, among other incredible theme parks.
