The yearly St. Pete Bacon & BBQ Festival is set to return to Vinoy Park This Weekend

A beloved weekend food festival is set to make a grand return to The ‘Burg in January, and it appears organizers are determined to outdo themselves each year.

The 2024 edition of the Bacon & BBQ Festival is coming back to Vinoy Park (701 Bayshore Dr. NE) on January 13 and 14, with festivities running from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.

More than just a food festival featuring numerous local vendors, restaurants, and food trucks, this annual event boasts an impressive lineup of live music on both days. Some of the featured bands at the Bacon & BBQ Festival include Tropidelic, The New Rulers, Taylor Jansen Trio, Seranation, The Sub Herb, and Neverless.

Aside from the exciting live music roster, the annual BBQ competition, games, and prizes, the 2024 festival will showcase over 25 food vendors offering a variety of more than 100 barbecue and bacon-centric dishes. From smoky brisket and succulent ribs to cheeseburgers and inventive savory desserts, the options are bound to satisfy diverse palates.

General admission tickets for each festival day are priced at $17 each and can be purchased on stpetebaconandbbq.com. For those looking to enhance their experience, the $85 “Boss Hog” admission offers BBQ, beer, and cocktail samples, prime seating for live music, and access to a private dining tent. VIP passes, priced at $100 and above, include all these perks and more.

Children aged 12 and under can enjoy free entry to the festival.
