Normally when you hear the word “Gasparilla” in Tampa, it evokes images of a thrilling pirate invasion. This weekend, however, it’s all about an “invasion of Gators.”
University of Florida fans are out in full force ahead of Friday’s Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl. For Tampa-born Kate Breaux, a member of the Florida Gator Band, this game holds special significance.
