V Modern Italian Sets September Opening in Tampa’s Hyde Park

V Modern Italian is preparing to welcome Tampa diners in September 2026, adding a new chef-driven restaurant to the growing North Hyde Park dining district.

The restaurant will open inside the Rome Collective, a dining and retail development near downtown Tampa. It comes from the Fast Fine Restaurant Group, which is expanding its presence in the Tampa dining scene following the opening of Lumbre.
