Bringing Southern California’s Vibrant Fruit Culture to St. Pete
Inspired by the vibrant fruit vendors of Southern California, The Little Fruit Cart introduces healthy and refreshing snacks to St. Pete. Known for their appearances at popular locations like Golden Isles Brewery and Plusana, co-owners Jen and Charles Little are now taking a big step by opening their permanent location on the SE corner of 8th St. and Central Ave. The official launch is set for January 1, making it the perfect start to the new year.
“The New Year’s Day debut,” says Jen Little, “is to promote hydration and nourishment. Especially if someone partied the night before for New Year’s Eve and can’t afford an IV drip.”
A Menu Bursting with Fresh, Seasonal Goodness
The Little Fruit Cart’s menu features a variety of fresh, seasonal treats, all sourced directly from wholesale fruit farmers. Unique options include:
- Watermelon dusted with Tajín, adding a spicy kick to your snack.
- Guava paired with yogurt or peanut butter, a delightful mix of flavors.
- Dragon fruit and chia seed bowls, perfect for a nourishing boost.
- A medley of berries topped with oats and pomegranate seeds for a superfood-packed treat.
