TAMPA BAR NAMED ONE OF THE BEST IN AMERICA

A Tampa bar was featured on a list of the best bars in America. Over the past 12 months, Esquire traveled across the country to find the nation’s top bars. While many of the highlighted bars were in California and New York, the Punch Room in Tampa was named one of the best this year.

Located inside Tampa’s first five-star hotel, The Tampa EDITION, the Punch Room’s menu is described on its website as being “dedicated to flavors and spirits of the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico.”

Esquire recommended Ziggy’s Punch, saying it “evokes eating jerk chicken on the beach.”

From our personal experience, though the drinks are overpriced at $25 for one punch, the decor and ambiance create a low-key bar vibe.
