The McNichols Team Member Assistance Program at Tampa General Hospital ensures support for its team members facing unexpected challenges. Most recently, the program has provided vital assistance to employees at all levels affected by the direct and indirect impacts of Hurricane Helene. From resources for home repairs to financial aid for economic spikes, the program is a lifeline for those in need.
Since its inception in 2009, the program has distributed more than $2.5 million in financial aid, covering essentials like gas cards, school supplies, and even home repair resources due to hurricane damage.
