The Quaker Steak & Lube Pinellas Park property is officially on the market as the long-running motor-themed restaurant prepares to close after more than two decades on 49th Street in Pinellas County.
The restaurant at 10400 49th St. N has operated since 2003, becoming known locally for its automotive theme, casual dining, and past car shows that drew attention from across the Tampa Bay area.
