South Tampa’s New O-Ku Sushi Opens With Premium Seafood Menu

O-Ku Sushi is officially bringing a new upscale dining option to South Tampa, giving local sushi lovers another reason to visit the growing Bay to Bay Boulevard restaurant scene. The new restaurant opens at 2909 W. Bay to Bay Blvd. on the ground floor of Bayshore Gardens, the same building that also houses Maru and Counter Culture.

The new South Tampa restaurant comes from Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the Charleston-based team behind several O-Ku locations across the South and East Coast. Tampa’s location joins existing Florida outposts in Winter Park and Jacksonville Beach, while Maru remains a Tampa-only concept.
