The FBI is intensifying its search for a ‘Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive’ who may be located in the Tampa area.

Donald Eugene Fields II is sought for his alleged involvement in the sex trafficking of a minor in Missouri between 2013 and 2017. Fields is accused of recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, and soliciting a person he believed to be under 18 for a commercial sex act.

“Fugitives often return to places where they feel familiar and secure. Since Fields has a known history in Tampa, it’s crucial that we alert the public to keep an eye out for him,” said Christopher Crocker, acting special agent in charge of the FBI St. Louis Field Office. “Raising awareness is key in our efforts to locate him.”

Fields has a record of serious charges in Franklin County, Missouri, including statutory rape and child molestation, from 2011 to 2017. The FBI now suspects he may be hiding out in the Tampa Bay region.

“He used to vacation there and even co-owned property in the area years ago,” Crocker explained.

Fields has a history of working in cash jobs such as tree-trimming and used car sales, and he is known to frequent casinos. He has a tribal print tattoo on his right shoulder. “He often travels with Jennifer Isgriggs, his girlfriend, who is also wanted for failing to pay child support,” Crocker noted. Isgriggs, who is 30 and also goes by Jennifer Fields, has an outstanding warrant from October 2021.

With Fields now on the FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted list, authorities are pushing hard to track him down.

“It’s vital to recognize the FBI’s dedication to tackling crimes against children. It remains a top priority,” Crocker said. “We are committed to holding individuals like Donald Eugene Fields accountable to ensure the protection of victims.”

If you encounter Donald Eugene Fields, please contact authorities immediately. He is considered armed and dangerous. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to his arrest. WFLA initially published the story.
