In a powerful display of commitment, the Tampa Bay Lightning’s newly expanded ownership group, led by Doug Ostrover and Marc Lipschultz, has pledged $1 million to hurricane relief efforts. This donation, aimed at assisting local recovery, will be distributed among five local nonprofits dedicated to providing housing, food, clothing, and essential resources to families affected by the storms.

A Community United in Recovery

“This is a devastating time for so many families throughout Tampa Bay,” Ostrover stated. “We’re committed to standing alongside those impacted by these recent storms and humbled to join in the community spirit we’ve witnessed across the region.” Lipschultz emphasized this sentiment, adding, “We are inspired by the resilience of Tampa Bay and proud to stand with Jeff Vinik and the Lightning Foundation in relief efforts.”
